SaBroso Tsokolate specializes in the sale of premium chocolates and confectionery products.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, ingredients, packaging, pricing, and images accurately. However, actual product appearance, packaging, or colors may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates or differences in device displays.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings without prior notice.

3. Food Safety and Product Handling

At SaBroso Tsokolate, we are committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Our facilities, equipment, and food preparation areas are regularly cleaned, sanitized, and maintained in accordance with applicable food safety and hygiene regulations.

We follow proper food handling, storage, and preparation practices to help ensure that our chocolate products are produced in a clean and safe environment. While we take every reasonable precaution to maintain product quality and safety, customers are advised to properly store chocolates according to the recommended storage conditions after delivery to preserve their freshness and quality.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, SaBroso Tsokolate reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

5. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

SaBroso Tsokolate reserves the right to:

Accept or decline any order.
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
Limit quantities purchased per customer.
Refuse service at our sole discretion.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the payment will be refunded through the original payment method.

6. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its authorized payment providers.

Available payment methods may include:

Cash on Delivery (if available)
Other payment methods displayed during checkout

SaBroso Tsokolate does not store customers' complete payment information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on:

Courier operations
Weather conditions
Public holidays
High order volumes
Events beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. SaBroso Tsokolate shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier.

8. Temperature-Sensitive Products

Chocolate is a temperature-sensitive product and may soften or melt during transit, especially during warm weather.

While SaBroso Tsokolate takes reasonable measures to package products carefully, we cannot guarantee that chocolates will arrive without minor cosmetic changes caused by temperature during shipping.

Unless the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival, melted chocolate due to transit conditions shall not be considered a product defect and is generally not eligible for refund or replacement.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to food safety regulations, food products cannot be returned once delivered.

Refunds or replacements may be approved only under the following circumstances:

Incorrect item received.
Product arrived damaged.
Product was defective upon delivery.
Missing item from the order.

To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact SaBroso Tsokolate within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Order number
Clear photographs of the product
Photos of the packaging
Description of the issue

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, vouchers, and discount codes:

Have no cash value.
Cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Are valid only within the specified promotional period.
May be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

Expired promotional codes cannot be reinstated.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the SaBroso Tsokolate website, including but not limited to:

Logos
Brand name
Product photographs
Graphics
Website design
Product descriptions
Text
Trademarks

is owned by or licensed to SaBroso Tsokolate and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaBroso Tsokolate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

14. Force Majeure

SaBroso Tsokolate shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, government actions, transportation disruptions, or power outages.
